Carollo Marketing Transforms The Storefront Theatre's Online Presence with a Dynamic, User-Friendly Website

Carollo Marketing, a fast growing digital marketing agency, announces the successful completion of a landmark Waxhaw project: the launch of The Storefront Theatre's newly redesigned website. The updated website is a fusion of unique designs and improved functionality, making it easier and more convenient for patrons to purchase tickets for the much-anticipated 2023-2024 season and beyond.

The Storefront Theatre, founded by Judy Simpson Cook in 2007, is a cherished reader's theatre in Waxhaw that tells compelling stories through the faces and voices of actors, allowing the audience's imagination to supply the rest. Judy Simpson Cook, an award-winning playwright, actor, director, and producer, serves as the theatre's Executive and Artistic Director.

“Carollo Marketing amazed us with how quickly they understood what we wanted for our new website and how beautifully they brought it to life,” said Judy Simpson Cook, founder of The Storefront Theatre. "Matt and his team successfully brought our ideas to life, and we could not be more excited for this upcoming season."

The 2023-2024 season, set to kick off on Saturday, September 23, 2023 with '2 Across' by Jerry Mayer, promises a blend of favorite classics and innovative new works. All shows will be performed at the Museum of the Waxhaws located at 8215 Waxhaw Highway, Waxhaw, NC 28173. This season comprises five shows, including the return of 'We Like Short-Shorts: A Festival of 10-Minute Plays', marking the 11th annual competition that fosters new plays and introduces new playwrights. Every season, it’s an audience favorite. For playwrights interested in submitting their work, please visit the new website to review the submission guidelines.

Working alongside The Storefront Theatre, Carollo Marketing was tasked with integrating an eCommerce functionality into the website, allowing for seamless ticket purchases. The new design simplifies the user experience while retaining a sense of artistic flair that embodies The Storefront Theatre's ethos.

"This project was a fantastic journey into the hard work and creativity that goes into producing these shows for our Waxhaw community," said Matt Carollo, founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Carollo Marketing. "It’s our privilege and honor to work with Judy and be part of a project that extends beyond mere website development—it's a contribution to preserving and shaping Waxhaw's vibrant cultural history.”
